All the guides and porters working in this company have been provided training about the hazards faced by the environment. They have learned and adopted practices for the protection of the environment through training and workshops about environmental degradation, and take specific measures to prevent the negative side effects of normal tourism. We also support programs that provide awareness to the local community about sanitation, hazards of deforestation, preservation of ecosystems, how to maintain cleanliness and hygiene, and so on. The profit our company earns by selling tour and trekking packages to the guests is shared and invested in the above mentioned activities for the benefit of local livelihood, woman’s empowerment, and of course environmental conservation.
